Marie was born and raised in Munich, where she started studying Chemistry at the Technical University (TUM). After discovering her interest in organic and medical chemistry, she decided to explore these fields and gain a deeper insight by performing an internship at the Konrad group. She is excited to learn about research on anticancer drugs early in her Bachelor's studies. In her free time, Marie enjoys being outdoor, meeting friends and training in the boxing ring.
