Biography

Rebecca was born and raised in Munich. She is studying Biology at the LMU Munich. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in the field of Microbiology, Rebecca decided to pursue a research career, which led her to enroll in the Master’s program in Molecular and Cellular Biology. During her Master’s studies, she focused on Human Biology and Mitochondrial Research. Additionally, she gained research experience through a two-month internship at the Osman Group at LMU and spent half a year abroad at the University of Helsinki in Finland. She is excited to join the Konrad Group to combine her Molecular Biology background with new and interesting insights into Drug Development. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, hiking in the forest, reading a good book and having a warm cup of tea.
